We're locally based residents, who can offer friendly help and advice, with a much more personal service and attention than many of the large and faceless property management companies. We can provide practical help, advice and services, offer local knowledge and support to you and your visitors.

Nothing is ever a problem and we're always happy to help. We're reliable, trustworthy and can happily provide references.

Based near Moclin and also near Loja, we're comfortably able to cover properties in northern, western and central Granada province, including those in and around the city.

Key Holding

We will hold the keys of your Spanish property in a safe place and upon request make them available to visiting guests, owners or tradesmen. Our services and prices can be tailored to suit your individual requirements and can include:

· 24/7 contact available for any reason
· Monthly property report by email or letter
· Visual security inspection inside and out every fortnight - or more often if required
· All toilets and taps flushed through
· All rooms fully aired
· All appliances checked
· Mailbox checked and if required mail forwarded

We tailor our key holding services to suit your requirements and can provide full quotations upon request.



Cleaning

Package A - Midweek Clean

*** Prices vary depending on size of property, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and stairs. ***

· Sweep/Hoover lounge & dining room.
· Sweep/Hoover bedrooms.
· Sweep & mop bathrooms.
· Sweep & mop kitchen.
· Sweep/hoover stairs and landings.
· Dust/ polish all furniture surfaces.
· Clean & disinfect bathrooms (bath /shower, toilet etc.)
· Clean kitchen work surfaces and sinks.
· Make beds/ change linen.
· Put out rubbish & dispose if needed.

Package B - Spring Clean / changeover clean - Extra €20

*** Includes all of package A plus: ***

· Windows cleaned inside.
· Microwave, fridge, oven & toaster cleaned.
· All kitchen cupboard doors & handles cleaned.
· Mop lounge floor.
· Mop dining room floor.
· Mop bedroom floors.
· Mop hallways, stairs & landings.
· Linen & Towels - Washed & ironed €10 per hour.



Meet and Greet - €15

· Arrive at property in advance to turn on hot water, fridge / freezer & lights. This is useful if guests arrive late in the day or at night-time.
· Help visitors to find the property, if they've not visited the area before.

Welcome Pack

· Useful if arriving late, on a Saturday night or Sunday when no shops are open.
· Minimum of 2 days notice needed of requirements, i.e. milk (skimmed, semi skimmed,) wine, bread, coffee etc.
· Cost of goods plus €10 delivery charge.



Other Services

· Inventory check.
· Accidental damage reports.
· Advice on places to go/see and how to get there.
· Key holding - 3 sets of keys would be needed in case a guest loses the keys or locks themselves out.
· Exterior window cleaning price after assessment.

· Persiana blind repairs.
· Air-con repair and installation.
· Satellite TVs.
· Garden maintenance.
