Our no-nonsense approach will help guide you towards understanding if a reform project is viable and worthwhile, or not as the case may be.
Our Property Advice service, will help you to make a more informed decision before you buy. We can advise you regarding the structure of the property, what you can expect to "discover" once any work begins, what "permisso" you will need beforehand, how to arrange upgrade work for plumbing and electrics to meet current regulations, we'll even speak with neighbours and locals about the area itself.

Inspection visit to the property
Fully written report regarding property condition & observations
Investigate feasability for reform work
Suggestions & advice for work required
Estimated costs for any neccessary works

Realistic property valuation in relation to local property and land valuations.
For this service we charge a basic fee of €350.00 for each property visited, although discounts are available for multiple property inspections within a reasonable locality.
*The full electrical test is optional and costs an additional €150. This is undertaken by a fully qualified, UK and Spanish registered electrician.
Should you decide to purchase a property following one of our inspections and wish to involve Granada Property Reform in any work you require, we will also discount the advisory service fees from the quotation for your project. We are totally impartial and have no affiliations with any estate agents.
