Property for sale in Granada & Jaen

Granada Property Reform may occasionally provide information regarding property for sale in Granada and Jaen, within this section of the website, from our many local contacts.

Although we're not an estate agent and have no desire to become one, we are sometimes contacted by business associates, friends, neighbours and locals, who wish to sell their properties.

If you're looking to buy or rent a property in Granada or Jaen, then we can either put you in direct contact with the vendors, or with estate agents who we know and trust. We're not interested in making commission from the sale of properties, but rather that our potential clients make more informed decisions before they buy. Feel free to contact us if you need help with your search, as any information we provide will be completely unbiased and impartial. We know the area well and know realistic values of properties in many locations.

As we're not an estate agent, we will always "tell it how it is". We don't feel the need to exaggerate or disguise details with jargon. Rather than suggest a property "needs a little TLC" or "could benefit from some DIY", when in fact it needs major renovation, we'll say just that. This saves everyone time.

We also know several experienced local English speaking Spanish lawyers, who specialise in property law. It's always strongly advised that when buying a property in Spain, to obtain your own lawyer to work on your behalf, rather than one who is suggested by a vendor or an estate agent. This way, you can be more confident that they have your interests at heart, rather than those of someone else.

Of course, if you do find a property you like, you're more than welcome to contact us further about our Advisory Service, so you can have a property fully inspected before you make your final decision, plus we can also estimate for any work that you may require.
