Property for sale in Granada & Jaen

Granada Property Reform may occasionally provide information regarding property for sale in the Granada area, within this section of the website.

These properties belong to family, friends, previous clients and business associates. We are not an estate agency and have no desire to become one.

Should you be interested in any properties listed, please email us and we will forward you the contact details of the vendor. This enables you to obtain further information or arrange viewings directly with the owner, without the need to involve any third party companies.

In the case of properties owned by Spanish locals, should you need any help with translation, then we will be happy to help.

In all circumstances when buying properties, we strongly suggest that buyers should obtain the services of an independant Spanish and English speaking lawyer (Abogado), who can act on your behalf in any transaction.

Current Properties

Rural Casita in Majadillas, Los Olivares, Granada

This is an interesting property with plenty of potential for reform work, with panoramic views over the village of Los Olivares below, Sierra Nevada mountains to the south, Moclin and the castle to the west.

The property plot size is approximately 170 m2, with two buildings totalling around 80 m2 in size. In the first building is a lounge, bathroom and double bedroom. In the second building is a large kitchen, diner and a second double bedroom.

The property would clearly benefit from improvement works throughout and the two buildings could easily be attached. There is currently mains electricity, water, sanitation and telephone connected and broadband internet is available in the village if required.

The property itself appears to be structurally sound, as the construction sits on bedrock, which makes any potential reform work relatively simple and streightforward.

Although the property is located in a hamlet high above the village of Los Olivares, access is good via a concrete road. This would mean that should the prospective buyer require work on the property, delivery of materials would be no problem at all.

There are banks, bars, shops and plenty of facilities 5 minutes away in Los Olivares. The city of Granada is less than 30 minutes drive away.

The owner is looking for offers in the region of €94,000.
